For Optezo All-in-One RPA as a Service customers, it will be necessary to identify and build maintenance windows for planned maintenance items. For non-RPAaaS customers, there may be situations where a planned maintenance window is required for robot service or updates.
Optezo will notify Customer via Customer-supplied e-mail address of any application update to the Automations and for any operational or functional planned outage exceeding 1 hour. In all cases where we are available to do so, Optezo will notify Customer by email no less than 2 Business Days before a scheduled maintenance event (“Scheduled Maintenance”).
